The development of 'Birdsong' began about a year ago. The idea was to create a beautiful essential oils candle that could be enjoyed at home, bringing a sense of nature into your everyday life.

Although every candle is hand-poured by me, it was really important to me that the fragrance itself  felt layered, balanced and truly special. I am so truly blessed that my Dad, a hugely experienced and highly sort after perfumer, was able to guide me to the best combination of essential oils to give 'Birdsong' it's very special fragrance. 

The candle is made with 9 essential oils in a coconut soy wax and has been designed to be both uplifting and grounding. It opens with citrusy top notes, moves into herbal florals through the heart, and settles into earthy, woody base notes inspired by Sussex woodlands and the feeling of being outside in nature. 

When unlit, Birdsong's scent feels greener and fresher. Once lit, the deeper herbal florals really begin to come through and the whole fragrance becomes warmer, softer and more complex.

Each candle is made to order and comes with a beautiful gift box, hand sketched card, and personal note.
